Westermill Farm Holidays requires Duke of Edinburgh visitors to make payments in full within 30 days of making a booking and, in the case of making a booking less than 30 days in advance of their visit, make payment before or upon their arrival at Westermill Farm.

Westermill Farm Holidays is agreeable to accepting (current) British Banknotes or BACS payment — upon arrival — for any Duke of Edinburgh group if an arrangement to “Pay On Arrival” has been made in advance by adding such a request to the online form’s “Comment” section.

In the extraordinarily unlikely event that your Duke of Edinburgh group arrives at Westermill Campsite “unnanncouned” … Westermill Farm Holidays is agreeable to accepting (current) British Banknotes or BACS payment — “on the spot” — also the group’s supervisor or Gold Group leader will be required to submit our Duke of Edinburgh online form contemporaneously: public WiFi available in Reception.

Westermill Farm Holidays does not process credit card transactions.

Whether you are a Licensed Organization [LO] or an Approved Activity Provider [AAP] — in booking a visit to Westermill Farm Campsite you must comply with our payment system: Institutional or Third Party invoicing protocols will be accommodated at Westermill Farm Camping’s discretion and convenience.

Westermill Farm Holidays automatically generates a PDF document detailing your visit, which your institution may use for its own financial purposes, and attaches it to the automatically generated email notification sent to the Booking and (if included) Administrative email addresses listed on your booking form upon submission of the form.
