The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)is a European law which will affect all businesses and how they use personal data.

The regulations are extensive but are essentially about giving consumers more control of their own data.

What personal data do we retain?

The only personal data Westermill Farm Holidays (WFH) makes use of are the details you have provided to us on the booking form you submitted and we only use that data to transact the business which you have with WFH.

Such personal data would include your contact information (name, street address, telephone number, email address), dates of your arrival and departure and may include vehicle details as well as names of those in your party for whom you booked.

We DO NOT store any of your personal data — other than your email address — on our computers.

Personal data storage

All the data you provide to us on the online booking form you submit is stored in professionally maintained locations on secured servers in password protected accounts physically separate to our local computer system at Westermill Farm Holidays.

Use of Personal Data

We use the data you provide us solely for the purpose of facilitating the business you have with Westermill Farm.

We do not make data available to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
