• In addition to requiring adherence to all government mandated regulations and restrictions, Westermill Campsite would like to bring your attention to the following:

• IF you have a confirmed case of Covid-19 or if you are exhibiting the most common signs and symptoms of a Covid-19 infection, please self-isolate and arrange a Covid-19 test.

• Please DO NOT arrive at Westermill for your visit exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, as we will NOT be able to accommodate you.

• The Westermill Campsite protocols are intended to augment the currently accepted guidelines of best practice to help reduce the risks posed by Covid-19 and are "site specific" to Westermill Farm.

• As you are well aware — Covid-19 advice changes frequently — please keep yourself informed.

1. For the 2022 Camping Season Westermill will ONLY accept Online Bookings — we will NOT be accepting "walk in clients"

2. Payment must be made IN FULL before arrival preferably by bank transfer (BAC)

3. Names of ALL campers must be provided in the online booking form and the person submitting this form must be able and willing to provide all their contact details for possible use by NHS TRACK and TRACE

4. ONLY campers listed on a booking form will be permitted on the campsite

5. NO Day Visitors

6. NO campers may be "added" to the booking after submitting it without prior approval from Westermill Farm before arrival

1. Tents and vehicle dispositions must conform to currently accepted social distancing mandates and guidelines

   • To the degree which Westermill Campsite is able, we will endeavour to maintain a generally "reduced occupancy" level — site wide — to facilitate social distancing

2. Children must remain with their family unit and most definitely accompanied when visiting the Loo Block to ensure hand sanitising, hand washing and currently accepted social distancing mandates and guidelines are followed.

   • We are parents ourselves and realise how "adventurous" children can be, and how difficult it is to supervise them on holiday; all we ask is that you do your best to assure the safety of others in a manner equal to the security you wish to provide for your own children.

3. We ask that campers do not come to the farm house or farmyard unless they are in need of assistance.

   • In particular we ask that campers not congregate in the farmyard to access WiFi

• If you are staying for one week or less than one week — Please bring extra strong garbage bags to take your rubbish home with you

• If you are staying for longer than one week — Please bring extra strong garbage bags to collect your rubbish and see Jill or Ollie to arrange for its disposal

• We ask that you schedule your arrival for no later than 8 PM.
• We ask that you schedule your departure for no later than 5 PM.

Guests MUST check in to Reception on arrival.

• One member of the party to ring the door bell at Reception and wait outside for our receptionist.
• Window stickers must be displayed on all vehicles parked at Westermill

• Online bookings must be paid IN FULL before arrival.

In the event of your camping pitch becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control — such as a mandated "local lockdown" which affects Westermill Farm — a refund of monies paid, less a   £5 handling charge  , will be made by Westermill Farm.

Children must always have appropriate supervision while on the farm.

All Road Traffic Act regulations apply on all areas of the farm. We are a working farm and a family campsite. Please drive slowly at all times:

5 MPH maximum.

We ask that you walk to the First Field Shower and Loo Block.

• Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
• All fouling must be picked up.
• For the safety of yourselves, your dogs and our animals, do not take dogs near cows and calves.

• Grazing ONLY — No indoor stabling available in 2022
• Please ensure that you bring all necessaries to safely corral your horse(s)

The flying of drones strictly prohibited without prior approval from Westermill Farm.

Here at Westermill Farm, we have a wide variety of animals: geese, chickens, dogs, cats, sheep and cows. They all get along with one another like a big happy family: please respect each animal and ensure that both your safety and theirs remains paramount if you interact with them.

Westermill Farm is a quiet, family campsite so we ask for no noise after 11 PM. If you wish to listen to music, sports or other audio broadcasts — that's well and good — but if others can hear them — then it is not.

There is no smoking allowed inside any buildings on the farm!

The Edwards family reserve the right to ask people to leave the site if they are being disruptive or causing a nuisance to others staying at Westermill.

Also please see the Westermill Covid-19 Proctocols. The Edwards family endeavour to maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times. We ask everyone to help keep the site clean and tidy, not to litter or drop rubbish, however small. All rubbish is to be put into the wheelie bins just up the track on the east side of the First Field Loo Block. We ask everyone who uses the loo and shower blocks to help keep them clean and tidy at all times and to report anything out of order.

The Edwards family reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage howsoever caused.

The Edwards family cannot accept responsibility for personal injury to clients or their guests, loss or damage to client's personal property including damage to vehicles, horse boxes or trailers parked at Westermill Farm.
