General Conditions
-
In addition to requiring adherence to all government mandated regulations and restrictions, Westermill Campsite would like to bring your attention to the following:
-
First, if you have a confirmed case of Covid-19 or if you are exhibiting the most common signs and symptoms of a Covid-19 infection, please self-isolate and arrange a Covid-19 test.
-
Please DO NOT arrive at Westermill for your holiday exhibiting these symptoms, as we will NOT be able to accommodate you.
-
Central government, National Health Service and Public Health England mandates and guidelines — published in the public domain — must be adhered to by visitors at all times while on Westermill Farm.
-
The Westermill Campsite protocols are intended to augment the currently accepted guidelines of best practice to help reduce the risks posed by Covid-19 and are "site specific" to Westermill Farm.
-
As you are well aware — covid advice changes frequently — Westermill Farm will do its utmost to keep this webpage current.
Bookings
-
Payment must be made IN FULL before arrival preferably by bank transfer (BAC)
-
ONLY campers listed on a booking form will be permitted on the campsite
-
NO Day Visitors
-
NO campers may be "added" to the booking after submitting it without prior approval from Westermill Farm before arrival
Campsite
Tents and vehicle dispositions must conform to currently accepted social distancing mandates and guidelines
To the degree which Westermill Campsite is able, we will endeavour to maintain a generally "reduced occupancy" level — site wide — to facilitate social distancing
Children must remain with their family unit and most definitely accompanied when visiting the Loo Block to ensure hand sanitising, hand washing and currently accepted social distancing mandates and guidelines are followed.
We are parents ourselves and realise how "adventurous" children
can be, and how difficult it is to supervise them on holiday; all
we ask is that you do your best to assure the safety of others in a
manner equal to the security you wish to provide for your own
children.
We ask that campers do not come to the farm house or farmyard unless
they are in need of assistance.
In particular we ask that campers not congregate in the farmyard to
access WiFi
